Yup, I promised I would get back in the woods after everything was nice and green. I had 3 finals today and for some reason I always take her up the mountain after a test. I must say this is the most craziest trip Ive had. I really wish that I had someone with me to tape the entire thing but I dont. I know its a stupid idea to go off roading alone, but I really like being by-myself. No Im not a freak, I just dont know allot of people I would like to take with me/ could even make it. Ill shut-up and show some pics.

Everyone needs to go over the last thread to understand everything that was going on. I went places today I never thought my jeep could go, it was great!!

As you may remember, a tree was blocking my path to get to the rest of the trail...Well.. I fixed that. It wasnt easy, but its out of the way. I didnt take pics of the first part of the trail, I started at the fallen tree. See earlier thread to see the beginning of the trail.

Small movie of my first try. (dont use photobucket for movies, very slow)

(Ill post it when It uploads)

Later on I got alittle more speed and it moved right out of the way.

I took most of the pics going back, not coming. Here is the hill at the end of my trip, its ALOT steeper than it looks. Its hard to walk up it.

This hill was seen in the earlier thread(thats where this pic is from), but I had to walk to it do to the fallen tree.

These are at the bottom of the hill

After that I went back up the hill to start back, and boy did I get scared. The hill is covered in loose rocks. At first I wasnt even going to go down the hill, but I said heck with it. I backed down it some and put it back into D and it pulled back up just fine, so I backed all the way down. I hate going forward down big hills b/c my rear tries to come around on me, so I always back down when I can.

At the top.

I turned around and took this pic below just so you would know where I was at.

I made it up but it wasnt fun. The entire time my front end was bouncing up off of those rocks. After I got about half way up, that dang front end popped into my head. I could see it blowing to pieces and here I am miles from anyone(yes I get signal on a cell). I made it about 3/4 of the way up she stops...I think, great Im screwed. I never let off the gas and started turning the wheel back and forth and it started creeeeeping on up till I got to the top. I jumped out and the first thing I could smell was gear oil.. I was like WTH! I got down and looked at the front end and all was well. I guess I was so scared that it was going to explode I made the smell up in my mind, Idk.

The rest of the pics I took out of the sun-roof. I forgot to get the first part after the hill, but you can see it in that last pic. This next one was just around that bend.

I tried to keep the camera level the entire time, so when my hood is sticking up its b/c I was going up a hill.

Back to the tree.

One thing that is great about this type of off-roading is, once you get back theres not mud everywhere.

It kills me that I never had that back window closed to get a shot of my lost sticker, I promise its on there.

A couple of questions about this locker. It started to "ratchet" when I would turn a steep turn in 4wd. It will not do it in 2wd. At first I thought it was my transfer case since it only does it in 4wd, but I really hope its not. It sounds just like my t-case did before I had my locker and I would put it into low and spin a tire. At first it wouldnt engage but if I took it out of gear it would pop in. It had been in 4low forever when it did this today though. For some reason going up that hill has me worried.

Enjoy!!!
