Has anyone had a problem with their a/c and heater blower after having the blower motor recall done?

Mine has just started acting up. Most of the time it works fine, but sometimes the blower sounds like it's working, but very little air is coming out the vents. I have to play around with the controls or shut it off for awhile before it starts working right again.

Any ideas other than another trip to the dealership? Thanks for any inputs....

Mine has recently started getting hung up in between modes.

Meaning, I'll turn it on to A/C on the floor and feet, and it will do its normal thing of blowing out the defrost vent for a couple of seconds.....only now it likes to stay on that setting...and I have to shut it off and turn it back on again, and keep doing that till it starts coming out on the floor and face setting.

Sound like what yours is doing?

Hmm, I wonder if it is something electrical or a problem in the vacuum system for the mode selector? I remember having a similar problem in my Pathfinder and it turned out to be a disconnected vacuum line out in the engine compartment. Just something to consider...

I have the exact same problem going on right now.. The blower motor has been replaced and I have even taken it to the dealership and they said they fixed the problem.. but of course they havent. It is definetely blowing air somewhere because I can hear the blower on at every different speed.. like it should be. but hardly any air comes out at all.. Also, it works at some times and then doesnt work at others.. exactly like you said. Sometimes when I restart it will work for a bit and then stop yet again. Of course the dealership thinks they have it fixed because it will work for 5 minutes when they have it there. To make matters worse, my cruise control isnt working most of the time either.. But like the air flow.. it works sometimes and then stops working for a longer period of time. I'm not sure if they are related somehow electronically or something.. I really have no idea. The dealership said they repaired that too but replacing a faulty brake lamp switch, but its still not working.. im getting really pissed off as my jeep is only a year old and I have had so many problems already. Been to the dealership at least 6 times I think. Does anyone have an answer for this?? I could really use some help because dealerships are useless most of the time.. I should also point out that they said they recalibrated the vacuum hoses or some crap to fix the air flow problem but that obviously didnt work at all. thanks a lot guys. and gals.. HELP!!!!

You'd think after 13 years, Chrysler would have found out the secret to getting these vacuum actuated vent controls working properly. My mom's '93 Duster had a similar issue. It started out by getting stuck on certain settings until one day it just decided to stay on defrost... windshield only.
