Broken Windshield Sprayers

So both of the plastic hoses that hook up to the knobs on the hood to spray water at my windshield have cracked due to several 105+ Summers in Texas. Does anyone know the part numbers? It's really annoying not to be able to wash my windshield while on the HWY.

It wasn't the pipe tubing it was the "adapters" for like of a better word, where the piping plugs into the knobs on the hood itself.

I would just pick up some new sprayers. They are only around $4. A set or so.
