Im just in a bind with signin this deal for the truck and it seems like the dealer just wants it outta the showroom personally. Just wanted to make sure im not buying a flood car from the previous events that happened in New Orleans and such.. once again i appologize if i came off like a dik.

Actually I deleted it, because I reread it and it didn't sound right, but thanks for bringing it back to life.
Whatever is posted is fair game to comment on. There was no intent to bring anything back to life. It seems like I was posting while you were deleting... I did the same.

I do know that carfax doesn't always tell you everything. My wife's uncle just bought a 2006 Pontiac GTO and ran a carfax before he bought it because it had some slight rear end damage. No red flags showed up, but he later found out that the car had been repossessed and that it was a "snatch and grab"...which would explain the lower part of the rear bumper being scraped all to hell, and the rear axle and bearings having to be replaced......all this was AFTER he had already bought the car.
