what are people using for center caps on aftermarket wheels, cragars specifically. I know theres a way to make the stock centers work but i dont really want to drill holes in my wheel. And am unclear if the stock caps held in by the lugs work with no drilling

Not sure about Cragars but my TM5s came with center caps and they literally slide in through the back side of the wheels
Tighten down the lugs and it stays in place

All wheels either come with center caps or they are available to buy. Most are pretty cheap and rust up over one winter.
As far as installing the caps form stock wheels, you have to drill holes to mount them. Couple of my friends have done it, should be write ups over on LOST. They look good done that way, much better than the ones you can get with the soft 8s etc
