Confusing startup issue

I have a 2008 Jeep liberty sport, I recently got a new starter in it, but the other day I drove the vehicle to a family members house and when i got there i went to move the vehicle after i parked it and when i went to start it up it struggled a bit and when it started it sounded terrible and scared me to death, i turned it off and restarted it and all was fine. now about 4 days later i keep driving it and it sounds like its struggling to start a little bit, it starts off sounding fine but right before it turns over it sounds like its starting to struggle to start just a bit.

I have no idea what it could be and dont want to take it to my mechanic if i dont need to, any insight would be very grateful
