Assuming that I already have 4:10s which were installed by the previous owner who towed a horse trailer. I was planning on using the daystar lift and doing a 3 ring clevis, maybe installing new springs but the jeep only has 90k on it. I already have 5 brand new 265-75-16 destination ats in my garage from when I had my expedition before i got rid of it. I want to put them on my 02 liberty and was wondering if the above setup would clear if I were to pound the pinch weld and add an extra rear upper iso.

Probably not
Even if it did your expense to keep the jeep
on the road after would put you way in the red
You would be much better off going with a Frankinlift
because your shocks are long past shot

what else

without using franken and if i were to use the daystar, what else would you recommend me do to fit the 32s, ie shocks, struts, bumpstops, because I hate to see these new tires go to waste.

You need at least four inches of lift to run that big a tire.
Our Rig has a Frankeift and 16mm of clevis lift and after 27 months
there is no way I could run 32's as the springs have settled
so much that the 245-75-16 Goodyear M/T R Rub!

We would of been able to run 32's when our jeep was first lifted...
When I upgrade to OME 790's (Deisel coil springs) I'm going to stuff
32's under our heep. We will see how long those last!

Oh, and 90000 miles on your KJ, your suspension is already bagged out and sagged!
Spacer lifts are great for people who just want looks, not performance.

Well if you are so heart set on a spacer lift
You will need 4 new CRD rated coils
4 new shocks/struts
A clevis lift and some trimming/pounding

I'm just dead set on using these 265-75-16 destination ats still wrapped and sitting in my garage in front of my 60cj5 which already has 33s 4in of lift and 5.13 gears because its a hurricane 4cyl but the 33s are destination ats. I could get a set of 245s and set the 265s aside for another 2 years i could go that route or just go all out and do a franken.

You are still not going to fit 32's. Even with a Frankenlift.
You need at least four inches of lift. Unless you are just going to be another street lift street KJ.
Like I said, 27 months, just under 34000 miles and our Frankenlift has just 2.5 inches of lift with 16 mm of clevis lift!
Yes, the H/D OME coil springs are that sagged!
Still has an excellent ride and handles very well but your tires will out last your lift if you really wheel your KJ...
The Frankenlift is great, just didn't last as long as allot of people claim they do!

Now I had a different experience with ome coils
We had med. duty coils on our KJ ltd and could
fit 245/75 MT-R's after 36k miles
No clevis lift or any extras
Coils and shocks only and yes we did wheel it
and yes we did have armor
now we did not carry needless "stuff" in our KJ

We've talked a lot in PMs you know my thoughts
I have seen plenty of KJs with 80-90,000 miles that are sitting an inch to two inches lower than stock. Throwing in a Daystar would be throwing money away
Going to CRD coils is going to cost as much as a good lift, yes they are rated at 410 lbs but mixed with Daystar is not the right road to go.
I have staed what will work using OME coils / shocks and it will get you to the point of running the 32s. One of the ones I lifted was here yesterday with my set up and he's running 235-85-16 BFGs with no issues except he needs to regear.
Do it right the first time and be done
