Okay, this is what I have:

daystar top strut plates
OME 927's
rancho rsx 17505
mopar iso's

Right now, Im sitting at 21.25" in the front with what I have. I want to get at 23.50". I have been told I need to get a .75" spacer in place of the bottom mopar iso's inorder to get the proper pre-load on the spring and this will lift me more.

I called allJ's and asked about the .75" spacer and they told me(the dude who builds them) the frankenlift uses a 2.25" spacer at the bottom. They said the .75" spacer will do me no good.

So, Im deadlocked on what size spacer I need??????

If the frankenlift does infact use a 2.25" spacer, could I get away with using my old daystar 2.5" instead???

I ran the stock top plate / 3 ring clevis and a top plate and had 23. 25 easy, not sure why you would want to buy all the extra unless you already have it. AllJs uses that size for a reason, they also use a different top isolator as well
Broken down Frankenlift all parts shown ( well this is my version using their parts )

Ya, I already have it (2.5" spacer). I don't have the stock strut plates though. So, if allJ's uses a 2.25" spacer on bottom and a .5" spacer on top of the frankie, my 2.5" spacer should work if I use my .25" iso on top right.....Wrong???

I don't know why the customer agent at AllJ's told you they use a 2.25" spacer. Everywhere and everyone ive checked with says The Frankenlift uses a .75" poly spacer. But they don't use mopar upper spring iso's. they use a poly iso which gives a little more lift than the mopar iso. I am currently running OME HD's, with RSX 17505's and Rusty's .75" poly with the Mopar upper iso. That gives me about 22.75" of lift in the front.

talking with Daystar yesterday they stated the Daystar strut plate is needed to help regain shock travel and unload the coil springs.

but it appears you did not use their strut plate with your spacers here....I assume this is not just a spacer lift judging from your KJ.

Im sorry to be a PITA....but im trying to understand and hopefully get the wifes KJ lifted.

The pictures I posted are all of AllJs Frankenlift parts ( everything they would use to build a Frankenlift) I used different springs than what they normally use since I have an ARB bumper etc.
Really just get a full spring lift and be done, than messing with Daystar and stock springs

if it was my jeep and it would see any off road time then i would...but its the wifes jeep and will be pounding pavement. i have just never been happy with the rde height of the KJ's.

I just cant justify spending the same amount of money on my wifes KJ that will see 99% pavement that a set of long arms for my XJ that sees a lot of off road.

if she likes the lift with the daystar I will start saving to do a different lift at a later date.

I did just get word from daystar that for $50 + shipping i can get new strut plates.....add that to the $50 for used spacers and Im $25 less than I can get the kit new.....so I got to think on this.....i REALLY want it lifted SOON
