Good Day,
I have a set of PIAA 940 (http://www.piaa.com/Lamps/Lamp-pages/940.htm) which I have modified from Amber fog/Clear driving, to Clear fog/Clear driving. They are also originally fitted with PIAA 85watt fog/110watt driving bulbs. According to the Piaa fitting guide they can only be fitted to a bull/brush guard.
I have seen plenty of Liberty's (some on this forum) with driving lamps of variouse makes and models, including PIAA, mounted directly to the bumper.
My question is... Is it safe to drill into the top of the plastic/PVC bumper(bumper cover) in front of the grill, or do I risk the chance of messing {insert colourful medaphor hear ;) } up an air bag sensor/trigger?
Cheers
Ry'
