Once again I managed to get them out of order!:D
Ok, only one picture of half my Frankenlift and Al's Upper Control Arm.
And some pictures of our stock 2004 KJ.
Not shown are the Teraflex extended front bump stops. I'll receive
them within the next 14 days.
Now I am waiting for box 2 of 2 from UPS!
I will post Tire pictures when they are in stock.

Nice looking pile-o-parts :D Can you measure the height of the poly puck on the front assembly for me? Take the highest and lowest measurements of the spacer puck.

What generation A arms did you get?

That KJ of yours is going to be lookin good when you and Jennifer get it done.(woot)

This picture might not be the best quality!
I just bought a new graphics tablet and I was just playing with it.
Anyway...
The lowest part of the polyurethane spacer puck is 1 inch (Where the end of the coil spring meets the spacer puck) and the maximum hight is 2 1/16 inches. (One full coil of the spring.)

The Al's Upper Control Arms are Generation 4.5

Yeah, The first Supper Centre in B.C. Something like 125,000 square feet! Grocery store, no beer or wine though and no guns either!

Now I have to wait for the tires to come in. Once they are here, Jen and I will be busy!
I can't wait! But I will, because I'm not going to drive around a lifted KJ with 225-70-16 inch tires! That would just be ********!screwy.gif
That would constitute me being called a poser!hah.gif

Holy cow...time to wash the brake dust off those front wheels my man...

I know I know! My brain works, but my body hasn't been co-operating all to well for the last month unfortunately!](*,)

He doesn't need to paint that wheel black for sure!!!:D

Oh yeah they do......the one in Presque Isle ME did anyways. I used to shop that store weekly when I lived in New Brunswick.

Thanks Ryan...I need to get me a 1" spacer to complete my Franken-Frankenlift. :D

It might depend on where you are. Up here they all sell guns and ammo and can't keep them on the shelves. Bunch of rednecks up here.....

I know the one south has guns....the one north has guns, and lawn mowers.
Both are standard ones, and both have booze...

Bunch of hicks here too....

Looking good!

What's that big ring on top of the shock stem just under the topplate?

Autoreply: wake up Tony, that's the one that prevents the stem from pushing through the silent block in the topplate.....crazy.gif There's no dustboot on the shock that's why it shows.

And I believe there is no dustboot on the shock because ALLJ is to lazy to fit them :^o (J/K) >>>There is not enough room for the dustcover with the puck fitted.
looks like thats the spacer i need to pickup rather then trying to cut mine down. Is it a daystar product?

The Rancho dustcover does fit even with the fullsize daystar spacer i tried. Im not sure about an aftermarket one

What strutplate are you useing?

I cant wait to see how much space you have between the coil and the control arm

Daystar upper plates as well as the bottom spacer pucks. They came fully assembled so unless I take them apart, I won't be fitting the dust boots to the front.

Most of the Wal mart Super Centre stores I've been to in Washington state all sold rifles and shotguns and ammo and alcoholic beverages!
One stop. Buy yer guns and ammo, get tanked and commit some crime!
Crazy.
To bad they don't sell U.S. Postal uniforms!:D
Then all one would need is the roof of some Time Life building!:D

So the front spacer that the franky has under the spring, can you buy just that some where and make your own franky? Daystar has the .75 and the 1.5'' ones on their webpage.
