I dropped my kids off before work today and noticed that the rear was really leaning to the right. The right rear was very noticeably lower than the left. I did just get through 2 left hand turns. Nothing crazy. (had the kids right?) So, what would all of a sudden make the right rear not return to its normal position. You think I have a hanging shock or something? I'm at work now of course but I'm think of jacking up the back tonight and dropping the axle down to see if anything could be binding up.
After I dropped off my kids I drove to work and just took it easy in case something is broke. When I parked it wasn't leaning bad, just a tad that probably only I would notice.
The only thing that has happened is that I got new tires put on yesterday. I was able to watch everything they did. They used four jacks, one for each corner and in the back they put them under the springs under the axle.

I'll check a little at lunch too. Thanks!

a bent shock could cause it to hang up like that... you could try unbolting the shock and see what happens.

Ok so I took the rear apart a little. I removed the right rear shock and it seems just fine it goes all the way in and returns back to normal. I thought this would be a good time to remove the sway bar, so I did. I think it drives better actually. Seems to be easier on the tires when you turn.
anyway I measured and the front right was lower too. So I don't know what is going on. It was level, now its not.

the right is about a half inch lower than the left. weird.

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
Torque twist.

When you take off, even easily, the L/F raises and the R/R lowers and after time makes the R/R sag faster while the L/F will always be the highest.Every year or two rotate your coils, not joking either,it will help.

Never would have thought of the KJ having enough torque for that.

Mine actually sits higher in the right rear so maybe I am pulling power from the earth?:D

OK, I'm not too worried about it. It just looks too strange to me when its sitting in the garage and leaning.

I don't know what happened, but before the lift it was perfect, after the lift it was perfect, but now - not so perfect. I guess maybe when I'm sitting in it it may be level then. :D I need someone to measure when I'm sitting in it. Just kidding, I think I'm getting just a little too particular.

Removing the rear sway bar helped a bit I think. Freed it up a little I guess. It handles better now too IMO with the 245 BFG MTs. (I need to get pics)!

Lean to left here... Sometimes it looks leaning more and sometimes less. I don't understand why, but it's there. No problem except the weird look though.
