Hood is the exact same. In order to use the '06 grille, you'd have to get the new bumper and fenders and grille support.

You need the frame that holds everything also. IE, the grill, fog lights, headlights.. it had a special name but I cannot remember it.

The reason I was asking is that I like the Idea of having a set of additional lights. (Read:Swap the fog lights for a set of driving lights)
Next question... Can I cut some 4 inch holes in my '04 grill in the same approximate location of the factory fog lights in an '06 grill? I found some Hella 4 inch driving lights that I think would look and fit right in. I know that the "Fog" lights in the '06 are not 4 inch, but I figured that if the grill was a rather straight forward "direct replacement" from "Direct Connection" than it might be a viable swap.
