Has anybody heard of Dean tires?

I can get a set of Dean tires for a pretty good price but I've never heard of them.
Anybody have any experience or know about these tires?

I have ran a couple sets of them before, seemed to do pretty good. Have a friend that runs a tire shop that swears for the price they are the best. I never had any problems with them just sold the vehicles before I ever wore them out.

Les Schwab carries them in the west. I see a lot of them on contractor's trucks. I've been told they are made by Hercules, like many of the Les Schwab tires.
