Came across this forum on my search to solve this problem.
A friend has a 2009 Liberty with manual heat controls. Her blower has stopped working on the high speed setting only (the resistor was replaced just incase). From further reading I have gathered the high speed setting actually by passes the resistor and it could be either the control switch itself of the motor high speed relay.
For some reason I can't find much info on this year.... where would I find the high speed relay (assuming there is one in this vehicle)? Or is there an easy way to figure out the cause of the issue without having to go out and drop a few hundred dollars trying the entire switch unit in the dash?
