Hello Heater Trouble

I own a 2009 Jeep Liberty, Rocky Mountain Package, 3.7litre V6 4*4, a few winters ago my driver's side vents started blowing cold air and the passenger side was Luke warm to hot. My temp gauge stays just under the halfway mark always and not loosing coolant. Today I changed the Tstat hoping that was the problem. It was not and now it seems that I am only getting cool air it's not ice cold but far from warm on both sides. I believe I can hear the doors change when I move the nobs. Another thing I noticed is that the air gets warmer if I leave it set to the hottest level but turn on the AC any ideas what to try next.

Sounds to me like you'll be dropping your dash soon to replace a broken blend door, but I could be wrong.
