Help buying new valve cover gaskets

Hi i need to replace my valve cover gaskets for my jeep liberty 20058 3.7 Limited , but i have a doubt about which one to buy.

i see there are two kind of gaskets one thats flexible and one thats rigid, which one should i buy?.

Flexible:

the flexible one is for plastic valve covers.

the rigid one is for steel valve covers.

ok got it, so i just touch the cover to see if they are plastic or steel?, if i remember well they are plastic.

An 05 would have plastic.
