So I have been investigating this noise it started as this

Which I assumed was a rod knock. After taking the engine apart I did find a bad tensioner. But I wasnt satisfied So I removed the heads and chains and everything else I could and I found this.

I plastigaged the bearings rod and main and there both good. Im replacing them both anyways. I had also done a compression test before hand and it came up all good.
It sounds to me like its coming from one of the rear two pistons and I can almost feel it on one.
Now I dont know of a local machine shop I live way in the sticks. Is there a way that I would not need to replace the piston and hone the cyl? Can I change the wrist pin without doing so? Do you think its somthing else? Is there anything I could do that im not?

Thanks for any help.

the piston wrist pin and pin and rod seem for for that cyl. Not really sure what to think. I will post pics in the am.
