the wood holding the leaf springs up is concerning. as well as the drive shaft not being connected. the stock drive shaft is in the back of the jeep.

That ash tray looked like it was a little rough. That's knock a grand off it right there.

i was thinking 500. theres no gas in it so it wont start. teh rear drive shaft needs a bolt. the plus shaped bolt on oneside is connected on the drive shaft. it was messed up in a "jeep moment". the guy's son hit a snow drift that was more ice than snow. ps its a 85 not 74

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
$200 max.

It has frame rot, sagged springs, possible driveline damage(t-case/diffs,from what you stated),the tube is rusting through, and from the pics it's a major fire hazard from the half-a$$ed wiring. For $200 if you don't feel like spending the many thousands of $$$ to fix it at least you can get your money out of it at the scrapyard.

Just from the pics it would need many thousands of dollars of work to be just road worthy and by that time the only thing you could save is maybe the engine and ******.Not worth the trouble or the time.
