What year Rubicon wheels ??
2.5 inch leveling kit? What type ? I highly doubt you can run 235-85-16s with that type and that size lift
If its early model Rubicon wheels no spacers needed but would also be too wide for the 235-85-16s

Check out the Lift FAQ:
http://www.jeepkj.com/forum/f203/lift-faq-read-before-asking-questions-47137/

What brand of springs are you installing? If you want a spring that is not going to sag out in a hurry you want a spring with a higher spring rate. Stock is 310lbs so are Rusty’s and Skyjacker. In short don’t waste your money on anything but Old Man Emu or Iron Man.

Now if your going with OME or Iron Man they are taller than stock and you dont need the daystar lift.

If you decide to stay with the daystar it will wear out your new springs in a hurry. Also you should change your shocks when you change your springs.

General Grabber AT2 are a soild afforable option check out:
tirebuyer.com

BFG All tertrains while they look cool are 1980's technology. BFG rugged terrians are slightly better.

From what I've read Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac are really the best option.

Earlier Rubicon wheels are 8 inches wide not 7 inches
and yes have the 4.5
after 07 they went to a 5X5 bolt circle

Sounds like you need to stop and think things over, if buying new OEM springs you could buy a real good full spring kit for the same or less
I would never ever install OEM springs when Ironman and OME are out there
