Are you going to stay with the t-case you have now or are you going to swap in something else? I'm not sure if it's even possible but I always thought a KJ with Dana 44's front and rear with a Rock-Trac case from the Rubicon (not sure of the model designation on that), would be pretty sweet. Of course, if you do that, then you would also need to swap in a 4.7 to power it, so by the end of the day, mine isn't exactly reasonable lol.
Disclaimer: I am still learning about the mechanics of vehicles and could tell you more about an ATV than the Jeep at this point, so if my above-mentioned setup would require an act of God to work, take it easy on me, I'm learning lol.
No need for a V-8 swap, making up the power difference via lower gear ratio's,5.13's to be exact.Swapping in a AtlasII t-case with 4.3:1 low range, twin stick shifter, and gear to gear driven(no wimpy chains for me).

Some Top Secret Stuff
As stated my list is JJ inspired.I went a little overkill but I would rather buy it once them have to upgrade down the road, hence the higher prices.Oh and I don't like used parts, all parts are brand new besides the HP44 housing(housing only used) and the remaned steering box.
