Just bought my very first Jeep 03 Liberty 3.7l and I'm hoping for some experienced feedback , i had the coolant system pressure tested and has found a head gasket leak ,so the vehicle is parked now until I find a solution, apart from the coolant tank level dropping every second day there was no other indication that anything is wrong, the engine doesn't get hot , there's no water in the oil , I hope it's not too serious .ive just ordered a new head gasket set from USA and head bolts cheers

You may not have coolant in the oil but you may have an external leak which is possible but uncommon. Could also have a crack in the head allowing the coolant to leak out. I'd get the heads checked over while you have them out and get the valve seats all re done
