2008 Liberty blower motor intermittent. Did some checking and found that the hot wire from TIPM is intermittent. Used a test light right under the TIPM on the dark blue wire that goes to blower... it was an intermittent signal when I was grounded to the negative battery post. Can the TIPM be serviced?
