How often do you rotate tires?

I go every 6k...seems to work ok (all of them seem to be wearing evenly). Just wondering if I should rotate more often. I do them my self so it'd be no big deal to rotate more often. What does everyone else do?

I ussually do the same, every other oil change so every 6,000. Thought about doing it every oil change (3,000) but not sure if there is a need. Is it possible to over rotate a set of tires?

The more agressive the tread the sooner you should rotate.I rotate,and balance,every 1500 or so miles.I also do a 5 tire rotation.
