how to fit new front spot lights

Can anybody help me I am going to fit new spot lights to my 2001 cherokee and dont know where to fit the brackets.

well even though this is a liberty board, i dont think we would care to much to help. We need more info than that though, what kind are they? Are you wanting them on top of the bumper or what? Most cherokees i see just drill 2 holes on top of the bumper and call it a day.
