I'm thinking about buying budkes front lift from the dude on lost. I was thinking about getting some rear spacers to go with it until I could finish out the rear with some more OME's and probably Bilsteins. I know you can run stock shocks with a lift temporarily, but what kinda of time frame would I be able to run them with the spacers? My rig already has 108k so they're pretty wore out anyway.

Can you buy the rear spacers separate? What companys sell the cheapest space kit?

if you buy budkes lift, your Jeep will implode in on itself, creating a very small black hole capable of consuming EVERYTHING including the EARTH that is within a 2 mile radius of the center.

or it might be a good idea, hell i don't know.

another question

The ome coils and rancho struts produce 2.5" of lift on its own correct? So adding a clevis and the shims I got from boiler, I'd be knockin on 3.5" right? Would that cause any problems?

Since I'd still be running my 245/70/16's I'd probably leave off the shims and not do a clevis lift because the ome's and rancho's up front usually stay about half an inch higher than the back, and if I add 2.5" poly spacers to my stock rear springs which are wore out already should I leave the isolators or take them out? I've got 2 on each side back there total about an inch or lift, maybe I'll just leave one. But as for bumpstops, adding the isolators just shortens the rear stock bumpstops so if I do pucks in the back would 2 on each side still be enough?

You'll get 2-2.5" of lift from the coils.
Right now I'm riding at 19.5" and with the lift on I believe I was at 21.75"
That was with the lift+3 clevis rings.
With 3.5" of lift you may start encountering CV binding problems which means exploding CVs. lol
If you buy the lift from Curt it should come with the hockey puck bumpstops since I included them with the lift and I don't think he installed them on his jeep.
Adding the isolators though doesn't shorten the bumpstop, it just makes less of it visible so it stays the same length.

Well if you only had about 2-2.25" out of just the springs, the clevis and shims combined are only about .75-1" of lift so total it'd only be about 3-3.25" of lift.

I know it doesn't exactly shorten the bumpstop but it reduces the length that is sticking down inside the spring, basically shortening it because the piece you can't see you can't use either because the isolators are between it and the spring.

I may be wrong though. I don't really remember how much lift I actually netted so you could get more.

Just stop asking questions, buy the lift, and be happy!!! Haha :D

I guarantee you'll love the way it rides afterwards.
After I took the lift off and put the stock suspension back on I hate the ride.
It bounces around, rough, and ****** to say the least.

I know I will man! I'm just waitin on curt to give me the go ahead, he said I'm second in line for it but I told him I'd paypal him instantly so we'll see!
