For doing all of that then its the same as doing a full spring lift lift almost have to R&R everything like you would for that.
But with all of that done and on an 03 you may gain an inch total if you're lucky. Your springs have more than likely sagged at least an inch so lots of work for not much really.

It's the Wesway lift...:D

Way I see it, you get practice taking the front shocks out of the KJ and you can use the stuff later on when you get the funds to buy new springs and shocks.

x2...one of the very many benefits to the WW lift... (WW is WesWay)

Yes, mag what you're describing is the WesWay Lift as tony, tom, and hj said, if you're having trouble figuring out how to do it, what is involved, and so on check out the WesWay Lift sticky in the Lift Kit Section and I'm working on an in depth how to as well.

The best thing to do is use a scissor jack like the one that comes with your liberty. Place it between bump stop and the groove in the UCA then jack the jack and it will push the whole assembly down, but the strut will stay in place. When you reach the point you want, tighten the bolt and remove the jack. That's what I plan to put in my how to, so if you can stand to wait until next weekend I will have a full how to on it.

I lowered the clevis until I measured 3/8" from the bottom of the strut to the bottom of the clevis ring. I measure it in the little slice in the clevis where the bolt goes across.
