I found the love of my life...

2004 jeep liberty renagade, loaded except for sun roof, with 42,000 km on it. Some 255/55 tires on it, thing is incredible! My god i will get 3 jobs if i have to to get it. I have it for a 24 hour test drive right now, they want $20,000 for it. We go into war tomorow to see if i can make this thing work. I am praying i can sooooo bad. Wish me luck.

Heres a pic, its dark out so i was hard to get a good one.

I know you want one badly and that you are in Canada, but what is the Blue Book on that? $20000 sounds a little steep for a 2004. Also, although it sounds realistic right now, you definitely do not want to be working two or three jobs for a car. About a year ago, I was wanting to do that. However, I realized that there are more important things than the car you are driving and that work hard now and save so that you can afford much nicer things later on in life.

Well, once you convert to 'American' it doesn't seem so bad - $18,800 for a 2004 Renny with a bit over 26K on the clock. I'd try like heck to talk them down a bit (or more than a bit). Good luck and hope you get to call it 'yours' when it's all done :D

I think you can talk them down 1K or so. 18,800 American dollars is still too high for a 2004 Renny with 26K. I find the same models ranging from 14K - 17K with as little as 21,000 miles. Get your game face on when you go into the dealership and tell them you really wanna go that route but the price is kinda scary. Don't tell them what you can afford but let them sell it to you.

Good luck, and nice looking KJ!!

Ditto.........If you tell them what you can afford they will make it come out to that.

Good luck.

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
Wave $15,000-$16,000 in front of there faces and they most likely will take it,always go with the cash in hand for what you want to pay and the dealers will most likely take it if it's reasonable(mainly for used vehicles),worked for me every time. That's how I walked off the dealer lot with my brand new KJ(3 miles on her) back in Feb '02 for $17,000 when it had a sticker price of $25,500.

That's a nice looking Renegade! I like the silver with the dark interior. Not a big fan of blackwall tires myself, but with them being the size that they are it actually looks pretty good. Congratulations!

Those must be 255/65R16 instead of 255/55R16...cuz I can't find too much on the 55's. I like that size....I want new tires.:(

what did you end up paying if you dont mind

16.4 before taxes. Which for bc canada is pretty good.

And i thank everyone for all the nice compliments, "06liberty" i will double check the size of the tires right now and get back to you on it to be sure.
