I just joined today, and i purchased my Jeep today as well. I traded my truck in on a 2003 Freedom Edition...I'm sure you've seen plenty of them, mine is all stock, nothing special, just figured I'd post. :)

What have you seen on them? All the Freedom Editions I've seen around here have had these wheels, and I've only seen 4 colors too, black, blue, red, and silver....not sure if they made them in any others.

Now that I think back they did put those wheels on it.

For some reason I thought they put the upgraded Sport model wheels on them....maybe it's cause I hardly see any Freedom's on the road.

And I think you're right about the colors....I've only seen one other red one like yours and a silver one.

I'll get some more pics up when I get a chance, the weather has been nasty here for the last two days. The interior is also somewhat different than the others as well.

I'm really happy with it so far, I just need to get some mats for it, why is it that every car I've ever bought doesn't come with mats? You cant tell me that the previous owner drove it without any, so who takes them, and why would you? BS

Go to Autozone and get you a set of the $20 rubber mats. They fit very well in the KJ and can even be trimmed down to fit better. Do a search on here and I believe i've posted a pic a long long time ago of mine. They do a real good job of catching all the dirt and stuff and keep the carpet looking good.

I bought mine at target a couple years ago and they're still holding up great. If you go look in Target, they've also got smaller ones for the back seat that are like $7 a piece and fit really good.

Now that I think about it, Jon has the same floor mats I do, so if you cant find the pic of mine, shoot him a PM and i'm sure he's got a pic of his somewhere.

I didnt think they used those rims in 03 either. I thought that was an 05 thing?

So when are you going to order the lift and tires? \:D/

No lift, at least for a while.

Here's a few more pics.

The only thing I have against it so far, is that I can tell I'm not going to have much to choose from for tires down the road...not much out there for 17" in a size I can fit. The spare is a Goodyear HP, not a bad looking tire, might go back to those when I need new ones.

Please do not replace them with HP's!!! Read my thead in the tires section about how bad they suck. There are tons of tires out there, look around on tirerack.com.
