Are you asking because you are not sure to buy the lift or because you already have it setup and want a new bumper? This link was some past posts that were similar to what you are asking. And they give good answers to.

Regardless all lift kits settle (sag) and any additional weight added to the vehicle may increase that sag. However, it won't be a huge sag and you can also do a clevis lift to gain a little extra height due to sag.

Dont buy the skyjacker..

Get either the Franken lift or the Rustys lift. Franken lift is usually around 1"higher than the rustys lift. So if you do not offroad, I would stick with the rustys lift.

I know that some people have the skyjacker lift and like it(tjkj being one), but it seems like alot of people have problems with it.

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
I run the SkyJacker lift, the only thing wrong with it was the struts, modified the front springs ti use Rancho's and been loving it since.Only a 1/4" sag over 3 years(33,000 miles) and adding 1400 lbs to the KJ,but then again I have the 3rd set ever sold and it's not the softride coils like the new kits which will sag bad under the wieght of a ARB bumber. It netted me a little over 3.5" of lift also.
