DO thoes K&N drop in air filter help with power or gasmileage at all or would give same as paper stock air filter?

They do in fact improve milage, and power. not to mention, its the last one you have to buy.

Let me recommend removing your air box and cleaning it really well before doing this to get the most out of it. (you might notice a lot of dust and debris in the bottom of the factory air box.

They improve mileage but you won't feel a difference in the power dept.
