KK liberty coolant tank question.

Hey all, I had the Jeep back at the shop so they could put the correct coolant back into it. Before I took it I noticed the coolant in the tank had turned an orange color. So happens that I use rainx orange washer fluid. I presume that the can't mix together and the tanks are separated. However, without removing it I can't tell 100%. Has any had that happen? What I suspect is they did the flush improperly and Red coolant mixed with the yellow coolant they used resulted in the light orange color. They redid the work for free with some other work that I needed (blend door calibration). I just really need to know if it is possible for the washer fluid to cross into the coolant.

Thanks, I kinda thought that was an impossibility, but I’ve seen worse engineering so you never know.

They didn’t put Hoat in when the flushed it the first time, took it back and put Hoat in, the Host I used is red and it was red prior too the flush. They put in some yellow coolant they buy in bulk (universal) I got some Hoat from my works shop that is red, our Semi trucks are Chrysler built and use the Hoat. We run it for 350k in the big trucks

Update/Corrections. The coolant I replaced back into the system is a NOAT, thus the red color, the HOAT is orange. Also. The blend door calibration with Heater Core power flush did fix my no heat problem. Hopefully it stays calibrated. Temp gun reads 184 out the vents now, excellent for winter
