I recently got me some new 10 Ply tires with a load range 120/116. Will I need to increase the PSI over the factory recommended 33 PSI on the 109 rated Wrangler ST's. The only weight I added was what ever the lift kit added.

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
When I range load range "E" 245/75's on my KJ they were best at about 36-38psi for wear and driveability,a little worse for ride but it's a Jeep.

You'll like those Maxxis tires, everyone that I know that runs them loves them.Maxxis makes some good offroad tires, really want to try there compition Creepy Crawler tires.

I must say that humming sound takes a bit to get used to again, especially right at 40 MPH. They have made 4WD almost obsolete in the few places I've taken them. I need to find harder trails.

It appears Competition Creepy Crawlers only come in 40x13.50R17 at a price of $738 each. Hmm, that just added nearly 4K to your SFA.

I love that hum at 40mph,it's real loud on fresh asphalt!

Little bit louder now.

I pumped the PSI up to 38. I think that might just be the magic number. The tires got a bit louder, which makes me think that more read is contacting the road. Wife even noticed it too. She still hasn't noticed I put MT's on though, doubt that she will.
