So much can be wrong here.Replaced the Calipers and brakes, Had a 4 wheel alignment done. Sometimes no noise, can get worse turning right.
Yeah, replaced the brackets. Bought this about 6 months ago. Had the noise then. Had a shop look , twice, said the brakes were fine. I replaced the Calipers and brackets because they were almost locked up. I did not replace the rotor or the pads. So, maybe those next.So much can be wrong here.
1 calipers and pads. Did youi replace the caliper brackets as well? Use the new brake hardware that comes with the pads?
2 - depending on the quality of your front end shoppe, they may have missed something obscure like the Strut mounts being loose, worn or a bad control arm bushing - usually the rear one on the right side.
My wife’s folks had the 04 sport that we have now. They had tires and a FEL - A few hundred miles and the jeep would slap or thunk hard in a tight right turn and not repeat. Shoppe could not find it.
I took it for a few hours to do an oil change. The shoppe left the frront lower control arm nut finger tight when they did the FEA. Folks did not believe it and sold me the jeep for 1k. My sons still drive that lil rig today.
