MIL on when selecting reverse gear (Auto)

Select reverse, start to move... MIL and limp mode !
2004, KJ, 5 speed auto, 545RFE gearbox.
Have changed....oil, filters, all box sensors, all wheel sensors for ABS,
Anyone any clues what to look at next ?
