My local wheeling park requires the flag to be mounted up front. Just looking for some ideas to mount one. I have a stock bumper, no bull bars or tow hooks. Thanks!

If for the front, some have taken just a flat piece of metal, bolted it back inot the frame rail where the tow hooks would go and have it stick out past the bumper with flag on that.

BUT I will say, I wouldn't go out to any off road park or offroading unless you have full skids and tow hooks. Just a friendly suggestion, if you want people to dislike ya, thats a great way to do it, get stuck with no way to pull you out. On the LOSTJEEP and JEEPKJ trips etc. if you go you must have recovery points front and rear
Otherwise good luck

Plan to get stuck. That way, you can learn your Jeep with less stress when you do.
