No such thing in that tire size,you have to settle for a AT tire for a "C" rating and then there is only really 1 choice left and that is the Duratrac.Anyone know if mt/r Kevlar or bfg muds can be ordered in 245/75/16 load C or D?
I would prefer C
Damn some of those no name tires are expensive,let alone not to get into the pricing of name brand tires."E" load rating, but my favorite M/T;
Eldorado - SUV-LT
Built here in Arkansas by Cooper. Wears great, low noise, excellent traction, and tough.
We'd sell a 245/75R16 for $145.50 each including mt, bal, & road haz. Maybe not best, but if you run a "E" down pressured the ride ain't too bad either.

There what $216 each in the 35x12.50x15's now,when I bought them it was $199 each.I have to pay full retail for the MT/R's but get a 35% discount for the Destinations.Mt/r Kevlar so cheap! Theyre expensive up here in Canada
What I do not understand is why the bigger the rim size the more expensive the tires get! Less rubber but maybe it has to do with manufacturing? Canadian Tire has MTR Kevlar's in 35x12.5R15 for $299 but 35x12.5R20 for my Titan are $534.
My guess would be they have to pack the same amount of strength into a smaller package?What I do not understand is why the bigger the rim size the more expensive the tires get! I asked the same exact ? to the CEO of Bridgestone(the one from Japan) and he walked away without saying 1 word.What I do not understand is why the bigger the rim size the more expensive the tires get! Duratracs in Ps
Got some old Dodge 15" steelies you can run? 30x9.50R15 is easier to get in a C rating.
That said, been running Goodyear Wrangler Territory (from Canadian Tire) in 245/75R16E for the last couple years. A couple co-workers (an Explorer, and Landcruiser Prado) run them too. Decent tire with traction.
Mud terrain is what the thread is about, if i wanted another AT i would have Duratracs already [emoji14], anyways i decided to go with 31 x 10.50Go with this
