does that coil look like its sagging?

and yes- those look pretty sagged to me- how close is your upper control arm from hitting the bump stop?

Its an inch...so what i need to do to replace them and how much?

Those coil springs definitely look like they have 160,000.00 miles on them.
I hate to say this...
But I think that "Your" mechanic more than likely told you what you wanted to hear!

lol i aint taken it to anybody....

well i would to to replace them i dont want to lift or anything so what am i going to need and about how much and do i need to do the rear to?
