Need help with blend door

Long story short I got my heat to work again. I took off the 2 actuators and everything behind it. All the gears and everything. I just don’t know how to put everything back. 09 Jeep Liberty Sport.

Was the mode (upper) or blend (lower) door jammed?

Were any of the plastic gears on the box broken? If not, you got lucky!

I don’t know of any instructions for reassembling the gears once disassembled. Kudos to you for being able to do that in the drivers footwell without disassembling the dash!

Here are some pics I took when I fixed my mode door issue, but in my case I needed to replace the whole air distribution box.
