Hello Everyone -

Great resource for information. I have been reading along and saw a few different postings regarding my questions, but also read a few confusing things. Maybe you can clarify some of my confusion?

My ride:
2005 Limited CRD.

My current setup:
Mopar in-dash 6 CD changer with factory installed Sirius AND U-Connect.

What I would like to do:
Replace in the in-dash receiver with RB1 Navigation and the rear mounted factory 6 disc changer, while keeping Sirius and U-connect active.

Questions:
1. Does anyone know the cost of the multiplexer that is required to connect Sirius and the rear mounted CD changer?

2. Can anyone refer me to some instructions on which trim pieces I am to route the wiring harness behind when running it from the rear to the head unit?

3. Will the RB1 work with my factory U-connect system? Out on the internet I am reading a lot of things that say it will not, same on the Jeep web-site. Is there a way to make it work though?

4. With the RB1, U-connect, Sirius and CD-Changer, would I still be able to install the under-driver seat sub-woofer to the RB1?

5. Anyone have instructions on which trim pieces the GPS antenna wire for the RB1 should be routed behind? Where does the antenna for GPS mount? I already have a factory Sirius antenna up on my roof, near there maybe?

Thanks for your help!!!

Probably not a lot of help and somewhat confused, when I purchased my Lib I was told that I could not have Sirius and U connect together, it was either or, also I know that when you buy a sirius kit they ask with or without cd changer, the multiplexer comes with the sirius install kit for cd changer, the whole kit was around $115.00, never could figure out why the kit with the multiplexer and the kit without cost the same.

Yes you can still use the subwoofer

The RB1 antenna mounts under the instrument panel cover, it's a fairly easy install, probably a half hour , look here http://jeepkj.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=642

You also have to keep in mind about the cd changer. If you buy the one from the stealership that comes with the bracket, trim bezel piece, and directions, they want over 300 dollars for it. I found a new one on ebay for 100 bucks, purchased the mounting bracket for 20 bucks, and somebody was gracious enough to sell me the trim bezel and instructions for 20 bucks, which saved me about half the price.
