Hello everyone, new here and just got my first Jeep a week ago, a 2010 Jeep Liberty Limited. Im a Jeep guy for good after only a week, so glad I bought it. One problem, my service 4wd light, abs light and traction control lights are all on on my dash. My mechanic put a computer on it when I brought it over on a test drive, and said it wasnt throwing any codes. The 4wd does not work at this time, any ideas?

Welcome to the forum Stephan!
If there are lights on there are stored codes! Could be related to a hub/ speed sensor or many other things...
It takes a high end/ particular code reader to view stored codes on ABS-Traction Control etc...
Does not sound like your mechanic is up to "speed" on his scanner Lol...
Obviously the dealer Star Scan tool is best, and the tech's would hopefully be up to speed on the scan tool & the KK's Systems/diagnostics procedures!
If you want a real learning curve/eye opener, just find a factory manual and start to browse these systems & diagnostics..ya it's a WOW!
Since you only purchased this a week ago, is there any warranty from whom you bought it from..??
