Came out of the store and found my turn signals not working along with my running lights. Opened the fuse panel and found the left turn signal fuse blown. Put a new one in and it blew as soon as I turned the car on. Also noticed that I do not have a running light relay in the fuse panel. It is just gone. Now I do have a remote start system so I am not sure if the installer removed that relay for some reason during install. I have had the remote start working for over a year now with 0 issues. We have a trailer wiring harness and it is not mudded up or filled with snow. When I hit the lock button on the remote, the running lights do not blink but I do hear the honk. Any ideas what I can check? Thank You

Sounds like you have a short to ground somewhere after the fuse. Pull out a wire guide and start back tracking the issue.
