Nokian Rotiiva AT - anyone try these tires

'Evening All.

My 2008 Liberty is an everyday vehicle.

Looking for an "all-weather" tire that will:
- provide good snow and ice performance (I live in south-west Ontario)
- grip mud and gravel/dirt roads during the rest of the year, and
- not be loud on the highways.

I came across an ad for Nokian Rotiiva AT; advertises that it's an "all-weather" tire.

Has anyone tried them?
