P0108 & P1296 at same time??

What these codes means at the same time?

I know the meaning of the code, just looking an answer from someone who know this from experience.

Installed a new MAP sensor and still giving codes and rough idle, sometimes it just shut off.

Doublecardan, Thx for your interest!
No ECU change, I just did a complete engine rebuild (same engine). Every sensor was working perfect before engine rebuild. I just broke the MAP sensor during removal, so I bought a new one from AUTOZONE (DURALAST SU3239) maybe this is the culprit even though is new. What do you think?
