I got an 05 Sport that I've owned for about a year now.
Bout 8 months ago one day driving my rear left wheel started clunking really loud and smoking, got it towed home, took off the caliper/rotor and my parking brake shoes fell right out on the floor, springs, clips, pins and all. Everything was MANGLED. I took everything Ebrake related out except the main cable coming from the handle. Here's what's left:

I'm no mechanic but it looks like the Caliper Bracket needs to be replaced? I also lost all the hardware for the levers that go through that backing plate. Any ideas or suggestions on a fix? I need this done to pass my inspection ASAP. Could I just weld a piece onto the broken part? It seems as if the parking brake shoes are held in by that little H shaped piece

Just did some work on my P-brake, it was froze up. I cleaned the actuators and lubed them.
First off, it's WAY easier with the axle out of the way, might as well replace wheel seals while you got it apart.
Next, you can buy a kit with all needed parts, do that.
I'm not sure if that H part is replaceable or not. Didn't look that close at it
Take the other wheel and rotor off, for a reference to get everything back together, BEFORE replacing parts on that side.
