Plugs and coil pack are a good start on diagnosis.
Did you really mean "injector wiring"? I'm not sure I've ever heard of that going bad.
Next, check the wiring from the computer to the coil. If that's bad, it won't fire right either.
After that, check the injector itself.

If it's none of those, I have some more far-fetched ideas...

What code are you getting? You could have 1/2 maybe 3 codes but usually one will cause them all. For example if you have a bad injector it'll throw a code for the injector and misfire
