Radio/Dash light issues after heater core replacement - HELP!

Had heater core replaced in 2011 Liberty. Whenever air conditioner or heater is turned on, Radio stops working, airbag light turns on, and ESC warning light come on. Cruise control stops working and left and right brake lights turn on (third brake light does not). All this only when heat or A/C is on. Once heat or A/C turned off, all issues resolve. Any thoughts...
