junk...yes, look at your engine and then think at where the air cleaners would be located, right over the exhaust sucking in all that nice hot air, stupid idea but of course they sell them because, well there are a lot of stupid people who will go for the looks

I would agree with tommudd, these intakes off of eBay are junk. Usually, the benefit of a cold air or firewall intake is lowering air temperature, giving better performance. Since the tubes on this are so short, you would suck in even hotter air from straight above the engine. The stock airbox probably gives better performance.

You can also bet the filters on the end of that thing crap as well, doesn't mention any brands.

I'd say either look for a legit intake system (like a K&N Tube, etc), or maybe just a better drop in filter for the stock airbox.

I've watched and gone down this road on my previous V6 endeavors. Save the cash - get a panel drop in if you'd like and be done. You will notice/feel no difference by spending the extra cash.

That's not even a ram air set-up at all,it's just a under hood open air filter set-up.

here is a true ram air intake set-up(with a tunnel ram intake),the air intake needs to be above the hood or draw fresh air from a sorce other then from under the hood......
