Rear tow hook for 02 lib

I got my rear tow hook in and started to install it but cant get the supplied bolts to thread into the frame. Am I missing something. Is it a different thread pattern? It is a Mopar part so I assume they would have sent the right bolts.

When I put one on my 03, I ran a tap through the threads to knock all the rust & grime out first. After that, the bolts went in fine.

agreed - those things are all gummed up I am sure. Spray some WD-40 up there and use a tap to clean the threads. Not sure if it's an M10x1.5 or an M12x1.75.
