Looking for advice -

I have a stock 2007 Liberty Limited with the original rims and 235/65-17 tires with about 75,000 miles.

I'd love to purchase a lift kit, but it's just not financially possible right now. The Liberty is up for inspection at the end of the month and I need tires to even think about passing NYS inspection.

I read a little on this site about not even bothering with a Daystar lift since I am over 40,000 miles.

I'd like to get a little more aggressive with the tires, but I will need to use the stock rims. Is the daystar lift completely unfeasible?

What would you do? WHat could I get away with for tires?

If your looking for bigger go on tire rack and check for tires in 245 65 17. will be the biggest you can run if your not sagged badly, which you likely are as my 2007 was pooched a year and a half ago with less miles. measure your front suspension wheel center to fender. If your really sagged they will rub and should stick to stock sizes.

You already know the answer about the daystar.
