Picture and never have heard anyone having rubbing there.
What wheels etc are you running? backspacing etc ??
BET you could just heat it up some, use something to push it back and hold it there until it cools. We've installed smaller lifts and bigger tires and not had any issues like that before here

But from your picture your backspacing looks like it could be the problem

16x7 with 4" backspacing and 255/70/16

about here is where i get the rubbing, not much room to push it back with heat, just hits sheet metal. Mine is very minimal, maybe ill try heat again tomorrow. Have all the rubbing areas pushed back i just need to go back and clean them all up

not my pick just for reference.

Not much you can do in that area since you can't beat it back any, just a " step down " in the metal in that area

MORE LIFT !!! :happy175:

I would assume that this is the area that is giving you issues.
Like I stated not much can be done there really.

yeah, i took care of some of the looseness of the fender liner which cured the rubbing for daily driving, still rubs when flexed offroad and wheel is turned. ill just move up to a half inch clevis. Thanks tom

I suppose you could always pull the liner out and whack that are really good a few licks LOL Then liner back in and reshape some more

seems someone said they tried that LOL

i saw a youtube video of a guy that took his fender liners out and was doing that. He had a pretty nice set up it looked like. I went with 3/8 clevis right before the tires were put on, ill go up to 1/2'' in the near future, i believe the 1/2 was recommended with the ironman lift anyway
